The 18-Hour Timeline (Step-by-Step)
Hours 01–03: Hand-Drafting & Pattern Realignment
Master tailors chalk and hand-cut each panel individually.
The cut is calibrated with an equestrian drop, ensuring the jacket retains a clean line whether standing, walking, or seated.
Hours 04–09: Diamond Lattice Quilting
Unlike mass-produced automated quilting, each line is guided by eye and hand.
The artisan monitors thread tension continually to prevent fabric puckering, ensuring perfect geometric diamond alignment across the chest, front plackets, and side pockets.
