All shipments are dispatched with signature-required tracking to guarantee safe arrival.

Import Duties & International Taxes

  • Domestic (India): All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

  • International Orders: Shipments may be subject to local customs clearance, import tariffs, duties, or VAT determined by the destination country. Such statutory charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected directly by the carrier or relevant customs authority upon arrival.

No Return & No Refund Policy

All House of Bera purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Due to the exclusive, artisanal, and limited-production nature of House of Bera garments, every piece is prepared specifically for its intended customer. Customers are therefore requested to carefully review the product description, measurements, sizing information, fabric details, and customization requirements before placing an order.

Ready-to-Wear Pieces

Ready-to-Wear garments and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed and processing or dispatch has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or any other reason not attributable to House of Bera.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Commissions

All Bespoke and Made-to-Measure commissions are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because these garments are individually drafted, tailored, and finished according to the customer’s measurements and specifications, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.

House of Bera may, at its discretion, provide complimentary fitting adjustments where reasonably required. Such alterations do not constitute a return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptional Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event that a garment arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or an error directly attributable to House of Bera, the customer must notify our Concierge Desk within 48 hours of delivery, providing the order number and clear photographs of the affected garment.

Following inspection and approval by House of Bera, we may, at our discretion, arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, alteration, or replacement.

Minor variations in color, texture, weave, quilting, stitching, grain, or finish resulting from natural fabrics and artisanal craftsmanship are inherent characteristics of the garment and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Damaged or Flawed Shipments

In the rare event that your package arrives visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please record the condition with the courier at the time of delivery, where possible.

You must notify our Concierge Desk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and accompanying photographs at sales@houseofbera.com.

House of Bera will review the matter and, where the damage is confirmed to have occurred prior to delivery or is attributable to House of Bera, arrange an appropriate resolution.
